The Real Truth on Handling Pet Loss Services was originally presented at the 2018 OFDA Convention in Columbus. It’s been a hot topic for the past decade. Does handling pets truly boost a funeral home’s revenue? Is dealing with pet loss a must for a human death care entity to survive? In this session, attendees will hear the real truth on serving this element of death care services. Pet ownership is on the rise. Therefore, respectful pet loss services are also becoming more in demand. You’ll walk away from this session with a new, or renewed, look at servicing this other type of family member.
